Mahrishi Kashyap

Maharishi Kashyap was as bright as molten gold. His locks were like flames of fire. Maharishi Kashyap was considered the best among sages. The ashram of Muniraj Kashyap, the original man of Sur-Asuras, was on the peak of Mount Meru, where he remained engrossed in the meditation of Para-Brahma Paramatma. Muniraj Kashyap was a lover of morality and he himself followed religious principles and advised others to follow the same principles. He never took the side of unrighteousness, even if his sons were involved in it. Maharishi Kashyap was free from attachment and hatred, philanthropic, virtuous and a protector of the people. He was fearless and greedless. Kashyap Muni used to give sermons continuously, due to which he got the best title like 'Maharishi'. All gods, demons and humans followed his orders literally. It was only by his grace that King Narvahanadatta could attain the superior title of Chakravarti King. Maharishi Kashyap was counted among the best great personalities due to his excellent qualities, greatness and penance. Maharishi Kashyap was considered the chief among the seven sages. Saptarishis are confirmed in Shri Vishnu Purana as follows:- Vasishtha: Kashyapoyatrirajamdagnissgautam. Vishwamitra Bhardwajau Sapta Saptarshayoऽभावन. (That is, in the seventh Manvantara, the seven sages are as follows, Vashishtha, Kashyap, Atri, Jamadagni, Gautam, Vishwamitra and Bhardwaj.) The origin of the structure of our society, life and organism is old. We got a new name in every era, but our existence came to the fore during the Ramayana period due to the work done by Shri Ram and Maharishi Kashyap, the details of which match us with the story in Ramayana. In every era, we have served the society. Even in the Mahabharata period, there are descriptions of other names of the society such as Mehra, Kashyap, Nishad, Kahar, Kashyap Rajput, Dhivar, Jhinwar, Kevat, Mallah, Dhuria, Dongara, Sahani, Raikwar, Batham, Turaha, Keer, Gaur, Manjhi, Ekalavya etc. Whatever may be our past, today we are self-reliant, we are living an ideal life today, in the ancient Vedas, Maharishi Kashyap has been described as our ancestor, we should connect with him and share our The existing society should be united in one thread so that like other societies, our society too can flourish well by being tied in one thread. We should move forward following, Kashyap story: According to the Puranas, during the creation and development of the universe, Lord Brahma first appeared on earth. Daksh Prajapati was born from Brahmaji. On the request of Lord Brahma, Daksh Prajapati gave birth to 66 daughters from the womb of his wife Asikni. Out of these girls, 13 girls became the wives of sage Kashyap. Mainly the creation developed from these girls and Kashyap was called the creator. Rishi Kashyap is considered prominent among the seven sages. According to Vishnu Puranas, the Saptarishis in the seventh Manvantara were as follows – Vashishtha, Kashyap, Atri, Jamadagni, Gautam, Vishwamitra and Bhardwaj. According to Shrimad Bhagwat, Daksh Prajapati, out of his sixty daughters, married 10 girls with Dharma, 13 girls with sage Kashyap, 27 girls with Moon, 2 girls with Ghost, 2 girls with Angira. Also, two daughters were married to Krishashva. The remaining 4 girls were also married to Kashyap. Wives of Kashyap: Thus, Aditi, Diti, Danu, Kashtha, Arishta, Surasa, Ila, Muni, Krodhavasha, Tamra, Surbhi, Surasa, Timi, Vinata, Kadru, Patangi and Yamini etc. became the wives of sage Kashyap. Aditi: According to the Puranas, Kashyap gave birth to twelve Adityas from the womb of his wife Aditi, which also included the Vaman incarnation of Lord Narayana. It is believed that during the Chakshusha Manvantar period, twelve great people named Tushit were born in the form of twelve Adityas, which were as follows – Vivasvan, Aryama, Pusha, Tvashta, Savita, Bhag, Dhata, Vidhaata, Varun, Mitra, Indra and Trivikram. (Lord Vaman). Manu was born to Vishwan, son of sage Kashyap. Maharaj Manu was blessed with ten great sons named Ikshvaku, Nrig, Dhrishta, Sharyati, Narishyant, Pranshu, Nabhag, Disht, Karush and Prishadhra. 2. Diti: Kashyap sage gave birth to two sons named Hiranyakashyap and Hiranyaksha and one named Simhika from the womb of Diti. Gave birth to a daughter. According to Srimad Bhagwat, apart from these three children, 49 other sons of Kashyap were also born from Diti's womb, who were called Marundan. These sons of Kashyap remained childless. Whereas Hiranyakashyap had four sons - Anuhallaad, Hallada, Bhakta Prahlad and Sanhallad.
